// Privacy

Privacy policy.

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the control you have over it — in plain language.

// Who we are

The basics.

This site, nsadesigns.com, and its tools are operated by NSA Designs LLC, an AI adoption studio based in Dallas, Texas (“NSA Designs”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or use our tools, why, and the control you have over it.

Questions, or want to exercise a privacy right? Email [email protected].

// What we collect

Only what the site and tools need to work.

  • Usage & device data — pages viewed, approximate location (from IP), browser/device type, and how you move through the site, via the analytics tools described below.
  • Information you give us — if you use the contact form or email us, the name, email address, and message you submit.
  • Account data — if you create an account to use a tool, authentication details handled by our identity provider (Clerk). We don’t store your password.
  • Tool inputs — when you use one of the on-site tools (e.g. the Stock Evaluator, Data Layer Validator, SEO Gap Finder, Daily Brief), the inputs you provide so the tool can return a result.

// Cookies & analytics

Measurement, and your consent.

We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand site traffic, and Microsoft Clarity for aggregate behavioral analytics (e.g. where pages cause friction). These set cookies or similar identifiers.

Because we operate from Texas, analytics run under an opt-out model: Google Analytics is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time. Microsoft Clarity is stricter — it stays off unless you explicitly opt in. We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically, and you can change your choices anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

// How we use it

Purposes, kept narrow.

  • Operate, secure, and improve the site and tools.
  • Measure traffic and content performance so we know what’s useful.
  • Respond to your messages and provide the services you request.
  • Meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

// Who we share it with

Service providers, not advertisers.

We share data only with the providers that run the site and tools, each acting on our behalf: Google (Analytics/Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity), Clerk (authentication), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, and database), and Anthropic (which processes tool inputs to generate AI results). We may also disclose information if required by law.

// We don’t sell your data

No sale, no cross-context ad targeting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We don’t run an ad network on this site.

// Your rights

Especially if you’re in Texas.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (and similar laws elsewhere), you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, or delete it — and opt out of analytics, targeted advertising, or any “sale” of your data.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires. You won’t be charged or treated differently for asking.

// Retention & security

Kept as briefly as practical.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained per each provider’s standard settings. We use reputable infrastructure (Cloudflare, Clerk) and reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.

// Children

Not directed to children.

This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their data.

// Changes

We’ll date any updates.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date below and, for material changes, note it on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
